Oil Pressure Switch N/O – Activates at 15 PSI 

Description

This part converts oil pressure received from the gear boxes to a flameproof electrical signal that determines whether the reversing whistle is activated or not. As the gear is changed from forward to reverse, the oil pressure that is sent to this mechanism changes. Upon receiving an oil pressure that indicates the vehicle is in a reverse gear a signal is sent to the whistle. This happens in a similar way when the vehicle is change out of the reverse gear.
